Ashtanga Yoga - Primary Series:
(75 mins) 
Yoga that involves synchronizes the breath with a progressive series of postures - a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Prerequisite: Students must have completed at least an 8-week Yoga session and be injury free.
Beginning /Continuing Yoga:
(75 mins) 
Join us, learn the basic yoga poses and/or deepen your current practice. You'll gain flexibilty and strength, and find inner balance as you destress. This class is appropriate for newcomers and those who are developing their own practice. This class will be tailored to the participants.
Beginning Belly Dance: Get exercise, improve your flexibility, tone your body and learn belly dance all in a supportive atmosphere. The fundamentals will be taught: isolations and basic dance technique. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a scarf for your hips.
Building Yoga Basics:
(75 mins) 
A class that builds on Intro. to Yoga. Build your strength and flexibility by deepening your postures and holding poses longer. Internalize Sun Salutations. This is a bridge class to Continuing Yoga and should be repeated until you have gained the knowledge and confidence to transition to that level.
Continuing Belly Dance:
(75 mins) 
Improve basic movements and learn new ones. For students with prior belly dance instruction who are comfortable with the basic movements and are ready for new challenges.
Continuing Yoga:
(75 mins) 
A class appropriate for students who have practiced yoga on a regular basis for at least six months. Students should have a solid knowledge of basic poses and be comfortable with sun salutations. Learn new asanas, hold them longer, and experience coming to stillness within!
Dancemeditation:
(75 mins) 
This unique, movement meditation system bubbles up from your body. It utilizes a wide variety of movement techniques that includes fluid yoga, breath dances, deep state motion, circles, and other witness dances. Discover an expanded internal flow of movement as you reduce internal stress!
Intro. to Yoga:
(75 mins) 
An 8 week course for those with no prior yoga experience. Learn the basic yoga poses. Stretch and strengthen basic muscle groups, release tension and restore the body.
Level 2 and 3 Kripalu Yoga:
(75 mins) 
For experienced yoga students who have a regular practice. Deepen your practice through prolonged posture holding. You will discover more about your self as you work through physical, emotional and mental blocks. Experience pranic release of pure posture flow, meditation-in-motion.
Living Lightly Yoga:
(60 mins) 
Uplift your mind & elevate your spirits!

We'll explore ancient, proven techniques of yogic movements, breath and relaxation that are known for energizing, and uplifting your spirits.
This class is appropriate for beginners. It offers everyone the potential of living lightly and is especially helpful for people who may be affected by depression, anxiety, or SAD.
Meditation:
(60 mins) 
Learn and practice the basic forms of sitting and walking meditation. Experience the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Discover the bliss and healing energy of guided imagery.
Pilates: Learn the fundamentals: breath, coordination, control, center, flow, and precision. A basic mat class that helps increase flexibility and strength, and improves your posture. Receive total body conditioning with an emphasis on developing a strong core(abdominals and lower back). Class will be modified for all fitness levels.
Pilates for a Strong, Flexible Back:
(60 mins) 
Use basic pilates exercises, strengthen your back muscles and learn how to support your spine using your core. Finishwith stretches to gently lengthen spine. Not appropriate for those with acute spinal injuries or surgery within the past 6 months.



Pilates/Yoga: Develop core strength using the muscle specific exercises of Pilates and gain flexibility and focus with yoga. A combo class that tones and calms!
Prenatal Yoga:
(75 mins) 
Hatha yoga is a safe, simple and natural way of preparing for childbirth. Regardless of your stage of pregnancy, these exercises help to:
1. Align your body optimally for healthy carriage and delivery of the baby.
2. Provide breathing and relaxation techniques to use during pregnancy and labor
3. Create more space for baby, breathing and digestion
4. Reduce discomfort in upper and lower back

PLUS, you'll get to meet weekly with other women who are experiencing the same changes you are.
Tai Chi for Health:

Tai Chi Ch'uan is a gentle exercise that offers many healing benefits to people of all ages and physical abilities. Tai Chi for Health will introduce you to the basics of a powerful mind, body and spirit exercise. Open to students of all levels
Tai Chi: Form and Beyond: An approprite class for students already familiar with the Yang Style Short Form who wish to broaden the breadth and scope of their practice. Class is geared toward the more experienced student.
The Chakras - Journey of Healing:

Vinyasa Yoga:

A fun, flowing class consisting of posture sequences. When you link the breath with a series of asanas, yoga comes to life!
Prior yoga experience and knowledge of sun salutations is required.
Wise Woman Yoga:
(75 mins) 
This class is for those fabulous women, forty and over, who might have been so busy that they may not have taken time for themselves. Let's come together in whatever shape, body type or level of fitness and do some stretches and learn some yoga basics. Join us, gain flexibilty, and increase your energy level.
Wise Woman Yoga Flow:
(75 mins) 
This dynamic class is dedicated to those phenomenal women over 40 who continue to grow stronger through yoga! Prequisite: Prior participation in Wise Women and/or a solid knowledge of basic poses and sun salutations.
