Beginning Yoga: (75 mins) |
Learn the basic yoga poses. Stretch and strengthen basic muscle groups, release tension and restore the body. |
Building Yoga Basics: (75 mins) |
A class that builds on Intro. to Yoga. Build your strength and flexibility by deepening your postures and holding poses longer. Internalize Sun Salutations. This is a bridge class to Continuing Yoga and should be repeated until you have gained the knowledge and confidence to transition to that level. |
Chakras, a Journey of Healing: (90 mins) |
Join us in a journey of learning to navigate and heal the chakras.
Explore how essential oils, colors, sound, crystals, yoga poses and meditation affect the chakras.
Learn to identify physical and emotional dysfunctions that are related to the chakras and discover methods of self-diagnosis. In addition, you will learn some healing techniques to help you rebalance these energy vortexes.
Class fee includes a set of 7 crystals, a pendulum, and complete set of handouts.
No yoga experience is required.

Continuing Yoga: (75 mins) |
A class appropriate for students who have practiced yoga on a regular basis for at least six months. Students should have a solid knowledge of basic poses and be comfortable with sun salutations. Learn new asanas, hold them longer, and experience coming to stillness within! |
Intro. to Yoga: (60 mins) |
This class is for people of all ages and body types who have never taken yoga. Release Stress - Elevate your sprits!

Learn and practice the basic forms of sitting and walking meditation. Experience the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Discover the bliss and healing energy of guided imagery. |
Mixed Level Yoga: (75 mins) |
Join us, learn the basic yoga poses or deepen your current practice. You will gain flexibilty and strength, and find inner balance as you destress. This class is appropriate for newcomers and those who are developing their own practice. This class will be tailored to fit the participants. |

Develop core strength using the muscle specific exercises of Pilates and gain flexibility and focus with yoga. A combo class that tones and calms! |
Wise Woman Yoga: (75 mins) |
This class is for those fabulous women, forty and over, who might have been so busy that they may not have taken time for themselves. Let's come together in whatever shape, body type or level of fitness and do some stretches and learn some yoga basics. Join us, gain flexibilty, and increase your energy level. |
Yin/Yang Yoga: (75 mins) |
Experience the best of both worlds, first delving into the feminine side of our bodies and minds (Yin) through the use of long-held, passive poses designed to cultivate mindfulness, spaciousness and Metta (loving-kindness).
Then slowly allow yourself to move into the masculine side (Yang) through active, muscularly held poses all the while maintaining our connection deep inside. The union of yin and yang, restful and aware, contemplative and active, brings clarity and calm abidance into our lives. This class will provide benefit and challenge for all levels of practitioners.
