Welcome to Isis Yoga and Wellness Center. Founded in 2002 by Kathleen Weinstein, the center is dedicated to helping people on their journey of wellness. We welcome people of all levels of fitness, and all types of body shapes.

Our center is based upon the belief that most everyone can benefit from Yoga. Yoga can help us strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and restore energy. In addition, Yoga practiced on a regular basis, can help ease back pain, eliminates frequent headaches, and reduces stress. In general, it can be a springboard for improved health.

Isis Yoga and Wellness Center currently has seven instructors who offer over 20 weekly classes in Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Tai Chi and Belly Dance. Our teachers are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive atmosphere for our students as they become stronger and healthier. Class size is small (5-15 participants). Keeping class sizes smaller, means that instructors can tailor class content to meet the participants needs and can give students attention in proper alignment.

In today's world more than ever before we are subject to stress, tension, and anxiety. Practiced on a regular basis, Yoga can help us achieve a more centered and joyous state. Let us help you demystify the practice of Yoga and help you on your journey of wellness.

Our teachers are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive atmosphere for our students as they become stronger and healthier. Let us introduce them to you, beginning with our Founder...
